Refund & Cancellation Policy

Reserving a MagicMania slot costs ₹0 and can be cancelled by you at any time before the ₹5,000 activation payment, at no charge and with no obligation.

If you cancel after making the ₹5,000 activation payment but BEFORE we have commenced work on your project, you are eligible for a refund of the activation amount, less any payment-gateway/processing charges that are non-recoverable, and less the value of any work (e.g., discovery, scoping) already performed.

Once project work has commenced (e.g., branding, website or SEO work is underway), the ₹5,000 activation payment becomes non-refundable, as resources and effort have already been committed. Any ₹5,000 delivery-milestone payment relates to work delivered at that milestone.

Amounts paid for services that have been delivered and approved are non-refundable. If a deliverable materially fails to meet the agreed scope, we will first attempt to correct it within a reasonable revision cycle before any refund is considered.

Approved refunds are processed to the ORIGINAL payment method used at the time of purchase, through Razorpay.

Once approved, refunds are typically initiated within 3–5 business days and may take an additional 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/card issuer and Razorpay processing times.

Refunds are made in Indian Rupees (INR) only. Non-recoverable payment-gateway fees may be deducted where applicable.

If you were charged more than once for the same order, or a payment failed but an amount was debited, email us with your payment reference. Verified duplicate/erroneous charges are refunded in full via Razorpay.

Email support@aiscaleforce.com from your registered email with your registration ID, payment reference and reason. We will acknowledge within 2 business days and communicate the outcome after review.
