MagicMania.in ("MagicMania", "we", "us", "our") is operated by AI Scaleforce. MagicMania runs limited-time business sales festivals ("Campaigns") offering a defined package of professional business-growth services (branding, website, Google Business Profile assistance, local SEO and lead-generation foundation) at a special campaign price. By accessing this website, reserving a slot, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in India. By registering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to represent the business named in your registration.

The current Campaign package is represented at a genuine internal value of ₹1,00,000+ and is offered at the MagicMania campaign price of ₹10,000 (inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise).

Payment structure: (a) ₹0 to reserve a slot — this is a free reservation and is NOT a payment or a binding purchase; (b) ₹5,000 activation payment, due after the discovery call and scope confirmation, to start the project; (c) ₹5,000 delivery-milestone payment, due during the agreed delivery milestone. Total customer price is ₹10,000.

Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). We reserve the right to change campaign pricing for future campaigns; the price applicable to you is the price shown at the time your scope is confirmed.

Reserving a slot places a non-binding hold subject to availability and campaign capacity. The final service scope is determined and confirmed during the discovery process. Work begins only after the ₹5,000 activation payment is received and the scope is approved by you.

All online payments are processed through Razorpay Software Private Limited ("Razorpay"), a third-party PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. By making a payment you also agree to Razorpay's applicable terms.

We do NOT store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, net-banking credentials or any raw payment instrument details. Such data is captured and processed securely by Razorpay.

Payment is confirmed only after server-side verification and/or a verified payment webhook from Razorpay. A project is activated only upon such confirmation — a message on your screen alone does not activate a project.

Supported payment methods are those enabled on our Razorpay merchant account (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and popular wallets), subject to Razorpay availability.

Target delivery is within 7 days after activation and receipt of all required information, content and approvals from you. Timelines are targets, not guarantees, and will extend if you delay providing information, feedback or approvals, or where third parties (e.g., domain registrars, Google) introduce delays outside our control.

You agree to provide accurate business information, required content and timely approvals, and to hold the rights to any materials (text, images, logos) you supply. You are responsible for the legality of your business and its offerings.

Final approved deliverables are licensed to you for your business use upon receipt of full payment (₹10,000). MagicMania retains ownership of its own tools, templates, frameworks and pre-existing materials. The MagicMania name, logo and website content remain our property.

We provide professional services on a best-effort basis. We make NO guarantee of any specific outcome, including Google rankings, search rankings, traffic, leads, sales, revenue, business growth, or Google Business Profile approval. Google and other platforms control their own eligibility, verification and ranking.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the services shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you to MagicMania (maximum ₹10,000). We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
